A: Our staff are on-site from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Fresh water at meal time and as needed
• At least three 30 minute outings
• Basic medication administration
• Complete kennel set up (dishes, blankets, cots)

A: For the safety of all pets visiting Little Rascals, we require that everyone has current vaccinations. We recommend emailing vaccination records to [email protected] well in advance of your pet's stay.

• May need Negative Fecal Test (within last 6 months)

A: To ensure availability, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. For standard stays, booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance is advised. During holidays, we suggest reserving several weeks ahead to secure your spot.

A: Please use the overnight bag checklist to ensure your pets comfort during their time at Little Rascals.

A: Absolutely! Your dog is welcome to bring their favorite toy, which can stay with them in their kennel for comfort. Please make sure that the item can be left with the dog, without supervision. For safety reasons, personal toys will not be included during group outings or playtime.

A: Yes! Puppies 8 weeks and over are welcome as long as we've received documentation that they completed their first two sets of vaccinations. We require Rabies by 16 weeks of age.

A: Dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered to be boarded to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests.

A: We have trained staff on-site to handle first aid and emergencies. In the unlikely event of a serious issue, we will contact you and your veterinarian immediately.

A: Absolutely! We offer updates via text, photos or videos so you can see how much fun your dog is having.

A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and some mobile payment options. Payment is due at pickup.

A: We require at least 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
