A: We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, distemper and Bordetella. A negative fecal exam within the last 6 months may also be required. We encourage you to drop them off or e-mail them well in advance of your pets stay.

A: First time visitors will need to make a reservation to complete our Meet & Greet. At this time, once you are an established client you can drop in if there is available space.

A: The daycare fee covers supervised playtime, socialization, enrichment activities, rest periods, lunch and snacks

A: Little Rascals does not have size or breed restrictions, as long as your dog passes the evaluation, they are welcome!

A: This is our preferred method. Please place food in a baggie or plastic container and label it with your dog’s name. They will be given between 12:00pm and 1:30pm daily.

A: Yes, if your dog has dietary restrictions or sensitivities, we recommend bringing your own treats for their afternoon enrichment time. If your dog cannot participate in snack time due to dietary limitations, don’t worry - we’ll ensure they enjoy a different fun activity instead.

A: Absolutely! Your dog is welcome to bring their favorite toy. However, please note that personal toys cannot be included in the playgroup. To ensure safety and prevent issues like resource guarding or accidental ingestion, we carefully select the toys used during group activities.

A: You’re welcome to bring your dog as often as you’d like! While it’s not required, we recommend bringing them at least once a month. This helps maintain their routine and reduces any potential stress associated with visits.

A: Yes! Puppies 8 weeks and over are welcome as long as we’ve received documentation that they completed their first two sets of vaccinations. We require Rabies by 16 weeks of age.

A: Dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

A: Safety is our top priority. Our trained staff closely supervises all play sessions, and we group dogs based on size, temperament, and energy level to ensure compatibility. Additionally, our facility is designed with a secure two-door system, ensuring there are always two barriers between the dogs and the outside world.

A: If we notice any signs of discomfort or aggression, we’ll remove your dog from the group and discuss alternative care options with you.

A: We have trained staff on-site to handle first aid and emergencies. In the unlikely event of a serious issue, we will contact you and your veterinarian immediately.

A: Absolutely! We offer updates via text, photos or videos so you can see how much fun your dog is having.

A: Typically no, however in special cases it will be taken under consideration.

A: For the health and safety of all dogs, we ask that you keep your pup home if they’re feeling unwell. Please give 24 hour notice to ensure a refund.
